Went for a bike ride on a really windy day, followed up with the second level ab-ripper, managed to get all the reps in…
Bumped up to the 2nd level of sculpting, couple new moves… and the jokes aren’t much better.
Went for a nice relaxing…err… hectic swim today. Pool was full, good practice for open water! Attempted the second level ab ripper, holy crap, not ready for that… only did 20 reps on the first and last set and maxed around 15 for the rest and my abs are killing me!
Barf! Completed, remind never to fill up on Applebee’s beforehand…
Ran at the gym while watching Survivor, didn’t see this week’s vote coming! Oh and did some ab-ripper at home.
Was feeling pretty good today, pushed it hard during the sculpting workout!

Another hour on the treadmill with some ab-ripper at home. Felt like my legs were dead, not sure if I’m still feeling effects of the obnoxious sauna on Wednesday or not, either way took it pretty easy today…
