Was only able to get through 1/2 of the 90 day regime created by Mr. Tony Horton. It was a good effort, but things came up and I missed one work-out after another. I may try to complete a P90 series in the fall next year, but I have now re-adjusted my goals leading into my first half-ironman race. I’ve decided to build some base on my bike and will be setting up my rollers/bike in the basement. With a TV set up down there with XMBC I’ll be able to sweat out some serious miles!
